Unsubscriptions

Unsubscriptions are the people that have unsubscribed for your mailings. They can do so via the unsubscribe link in the mail, or they could have
complained via a mark as spam button that some e-mail clients have. You can also create an unsubscription your self when a customer calls you or when you have your own opt out system.
