Transfer call
The transfer call block in FlowBuilder allows you to transfer or forward an ongoing phone call to another phone number or distribution group. It's important to note that initiating a transfer will end the current flow.
When transferring a call, FlowBuilder sets up a new SIP trunking call with a new Call ID to the specified destination. This means:
- The transferred call will be billed separately.
- It will appear as a distinct entry in the Voice Insights app and in your Call Detail Records (CDRs).
Voicemail limitation - Outbound
When voicemail has been detected and voicemail-response has been set to Restart, the call will end once the callflow arrive at this block.
