This API is deprecated
The Phone Number API is deprecated as a new and improved API is available. Number Validation has a dedicated Number Check endpoint that provides the same and more data, in an improved format. Please contact your account manager to switch if you're currently using the Phone Number API.
The phone number API can validate phone numbers and even determine whether the number is active at the moment.
Validating phone numbers before sending messages can help increase the delivery rate and reduce costs.
Authentication
Use your Product-token to authenticate. Find your Product-token in the Channels App.
Number Validation is available for all CM accounts with a Product-token.
Number Lookup is a paid feature which you can acquire via your Account Manager.
