Web conversations offer an option to create a FAQ module. The FAQ module will help your customers to find their answers if it doesn't deliver the answer they were looking for. They can leave feedback that can help you improve your FAQ module.
The FAQ module needs to be implemented in the design of your project by a front-end developer in order for them to work for example on your FAQ page. The script for the FAQ module can be retrieved from the Web Conversations configuration screen.
