Feature Explained: trigger Event

Part of a customer journey is leading your customers to your desired content or actions, triggering events can help you with that.

To get started, add metadata to your Conversational AI Cloud project. You can do this by navigating to 'Configuration' and selecting 'MetaData'. Add the following meta data:

Navigate to the related article enter the desired event name in the triggerEvent element and drag the metadata to the answer.
