When you call this endpoint the response contains an URL specific to your account.
This url can be used to access the Client-Side Encryption library.
This is a JavaScript library made to be used in the front-end.
The library must be used to encrypt the Card Details of your consumer in their browser.
The library MUST NOT be cached since the encryption keys are rotated automatically.
