Robin

An adapter for Mobile Service Cloud's Agent Inbox (formerly Robin) can be added via its dedicated adapter type.

This adapter is used to couple Agent Inbox to the Conversational Router.

In its settings there are two custom fields that can be configured.

• Environment: the Robin environment the adapter should point to.
• API key: the project specific key designated to each Agent Inbox subscription.
