Feature Changes

• Added support for Ideal Fast-Check Out
• The e-mail address in the Order-request is now optional.
• Added support for Act-as-Other-Merchant
• Chargeback reversal are now added to the status report of an Order/Payment.

Various Bug Fixes

• Payments now transition to status CANCELED, when there is a technical when canceling the payment.
• The checkout menu shows a waiting-for-payment banner when an Ideal QR code is scanned.
