# Phone Number API

Validate and find details about phonenumbers.

The phone number API can validate phone numbers and even determine whether the number is active at the moment.

Validating phone numbers before sending messages can help increase the delivery rate and reduce costs.

## Authentication

Use your Product-token to authenticate. Find your Product-token in the [Channels App](https://www.cm.com/en-gb/app/channels/).

**Number Validation** is available for all CM accounts with a Product-token.

**Number Lookup** is a paid feature which you can acquire via your Account Manager.
